Store Up operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to offer you, the customer, a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Store Up is powered by Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Our Services (trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, videos, and their design) are the property of Store Up or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Store Up is powered by Shopify technology. Any purchase you make is made directly with Store Up. Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and Store Up. You release Shopify from any claims related to your purchase with Store Up.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. As the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose, including commercial purposes. You represent that you own the rights to that content. We have no obligation to keep it confidential or to compensate you.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

The failure to exercise a right shall not constitute a waiver of it. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Store Up is based (Brazil), without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted by the consumer protection legislation of the customer's country of residence (for example, the European Union).
