At Store Up we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with European consumer protection regulations.

Return period

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Write to us at contacto@storeup.store with your order number and the reason. We will reply with instructions. Do not send the product back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Order not received

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if unresolved, we will offer you a reshipment or a refund.

Return shipping costs

Except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
